How does the 7-day free trial work?
Sign up with your card details, get full premium access for 7 days, and cancel anytime in that window for $0. We send a reminder email 2 days before your trial ends.
Can multiple children use one subscription?
Yes — one Premium subscription supports up to 3 child accounts under one parent dashboard. Each child has their own progress, avatar, and trophies.
Is my child's data safe?
Yes. We never sell student data. We comply with COPPA and Australian Privacy Principles. Parents can delete their family's account and all associated data at any time.
How does marking work?
There are two kinds of marking. Every written piece is checked instantly against the syllabus marking criteria and a model answer, with specific, plain-English feedback a student can act on. For an exact, examiner-style mark and personal comments, you can send any piece to a LearnIt tutor for marking.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime from your dashboard. You keep access through the end of your billing period, and your child's progress is preserved if you ever resubscribe.
Do past papers come from official sources?
Yes. We link directly to NESA's official HSC past paper library — we never rehost their PDFs. Topic filtering, MCQ banks, model answers, and essay prompts are written by qualified Australian tutors and reviewed against current syllabus requirements.
